What do we bring to your event?

  • Describe the health benefits of T’ai Chi and Qigong

  • Lead participants in light physical warm-up movements

  • Guide participants in one or two Qigong activities

  • Demonstrate part of the longer T’ai Chi sequence taught at Twin Cities T’ai Chi (optional if time allows)

  • Answer questions

Attendee participation in the activities is encouraged but optional; people may simply observe if they wish.

T’ai Chi and Qigong are accessible for everyone, regardless of age and physical condition. Attendees can participate in any or all of the activities while sitting or standing and do as much movement as is comfortable for them, or they may simply observe.

How should participants dress?

Participants can wear clothing that allows some movement and shoes that are comfortable for standing for short periods. Business-casual attire is fine.
