Qigong is a standing meditative practice that integrates simple movements with mindful deep breathing to achieve deep states of relaxation and energy flow. Meditation is a seated practice that brings the body and mind together into deep states of awareness that produce mental clarity and emotional balance. Each course is 12 weeks and alternates between Qigong and Meditation. Check the class schedule to see when each new session begins and what practice is being taught.
