Twin Cities T'ai Chi (News)

Twin Cities T’ai Chi is dedicated to teaching the art, science, and spirit of T’ai Chi and related practices.

Visitors are always welcome and your first class with us is free.

We are located along the Green Line Light Rail at 2242 University Ave, Suite 207, Saint Paul 55114. The entrance is on Hampden Ave. For security purposes, the Hampden Ave. door is always locked. Call 651-239-0513 for entry into the building. During T’ai-Chi class hours an ambassador will meet you at the door.

We occupy a beautiful wood floor space on the second floor of the Dow Building, a repurposed warehouse that has a variety of tenants including many artists and our T’ai Chi studio.
